Q: How early do I need to place my order before my event?

A:  In order to reserve a spot on our production calendar, your order needs to be placed 4 weeks prior to your event.

 

Q:  When and how will my order be shipped?

A:  Your order will be prepared fresh 24-48 hours prior to shipment.  Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a 2-3 day delivery.  You will receive your favors approximately 2 days prior to your event.
